Ingredients to make Whole Green gram(moong dal) laddo

  • Whole green gram- 1 cup
  • Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Ghee- 1/2 cup
  • Cashews chopped- 1 tbsp
  • Almond chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Cardamoms- 3 to 4

How to make Whole Green gram(moong dal) laddo

  1. Wash whole moong dal. Take a pressure cooker add water and whole moong dal. Cover the lid.
  2. Boil it for 3 whistle on medium flame.
  3. After boiled and cool down. Take out the boiled dal in a clean cloth and let be completely dry it in room fan air. It takes 2 hours.
  4. Now make a coarsely powder of it in mixer grinder or in home chakki.
  5. Coarsely powder is ready .
  6. Now take a pan/ kadai.. Add ghee and dal powder/ flour.. roast it till aroma comes out and change in colour..
  7. Off the flame after completely roast.
  8. Now add sugar and dry fruits. Mix it very well.
  9. Now make small size laddo
  10. Garnish with some chopped dry fruits.
  11. Ready. :heart:
