- Ginger - 1 tbspn grated
- Green chilly - 2 to 3 finely chopped
- Curry leaves - few
- Mustard seeds - 1tspn
- Split urad dal - 1 tspn
- Turmeric pwdr - half tspn
- Salt to taste
- Dry red chilly - 1 (broken to pieces)
