Ingredients to make Home made cream cheese

  • 1 kg milk
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • 5 tblspn buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Muslin Cloth

How to make Home made cream cheese

  1. Let the milk boil in pateela
  2. Now squeeze 1 lemon juice
  3. Now stir milk continuously Add lemon to the milk wen it's boil throughly
  4. Now stir continuously let it be curdle
  5. Transfer this in muslin cloth
  6. Tie this muslin cloth very tightly and let the water drain
  7. Put some heavy thing let the water drain and keep in refrigerator for 20 min I kept rolling pad
  8. Now open the muslin cloth and transfer into mixer jar
  9. Add pinch of salt
  10. Add buttermilk
  11. Added buttermilk
  12. Now churn it til it smooth Final pic it's ready to serve as ur dip or u can add flavour as u like mine is plain
