ABOUT Legumes salad RECIPE

A healthy salad with loads of protein.. a filling meal, delicious too!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 50 gm rajma
  2. 50 gm kabuli chana
  3. 50 gm groundnuts
  4. 50 gm kala chana
  5. 50 gm lobia ( black eyed beans )
  6. 1 lemon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Honey 1 tbspn
  9. Onion chopped 1 medium
  10. Tomato chopped 1 medium
  11. Cucumber chopped 1 small
  12. Mint chopped 2 tbspn
  13. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tspn
  14. Green chillies chopped 1
  15. Chat masala 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Soak all legumes together with double water for 7 hours
  2. Wash and add water, add salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, toss well and serve chilled
