How to make Slow cooked Mutton Curry on fast forward

  1. Wash the meat. Rough-smash the garlic. Cut onions into thick slices. Bruise the green cardamoms and cinnamon. Now mix everything (except the ginger) together.
  2. If you have time let it sit around for an hour or longer. If you don't have time put into the pressure cooker right away.
  3. Set it on medium high heat until the pressure starts to build up, then turn down the flame. After 4 whistles turn the gas off. Once the pressure is released open the Pressure cooker. Your slow cooked mutton is ready to serve.
  4. Garnish with julienned ginger. Eat with rice or roti or pão or even sliced bread.

My Tip:

There is NO water added while cooking this dish and no added fat. But a dollop of ghee before it is served makes this a party dish!
