Crispy Spicy Parwal Alu

Ingredients to make Crispy Spicy Parwal Alu

  • 500 gms - Parwal (cut n fried)
  • 2 medium - Potatoes (cut n fried)
  • 1 no. - Onion minced
  • 1 tsp - ginger- garlic minced
  • 1 tsp - sabut jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Refined oil

How to make Crispy Spicy Parwal Alu

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add the sabut jeera
  3. Add minced onions n saute
  4. Now add ginger- garlic minced
  5. Saute till pinkish in color
  6. Add the salt n masalas
  7. Add 1 tsp water n mix
  8. Immediately add the fried veggies
  9. Mix gently n cook for 5 minutes on slow flame
  10. Adjust spices n salt
  11. Cook on slow for 2 minutes with lid covered
  12. Switch off the gas
  13. Transfer in serving bowl
  14. Serve hot with phulkas or paranthas
My Tip: Dont over cook as veggies will get mushy
