Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soaked split green gram- 50 gms
  2. Boiled potato- 3
  3. Salt- as per taste
  4. Chopped green chilli- 2 tsp
  5. Chopped coriander- 3 tbsp
  6. Chaat masala- 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli - 1/2 tsp
  8. Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp
  9. Coriander powder- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes, add all spices.
  2. Add chopped green chilli, coriander, bread crumbs.
  3. Mix it well
  4. Now make round patty .
  5. Cover the patty with soaked split green gram.
  6. Fry all the patty on high flame first then medium flame.
  7. Cook it for 5 min both side.
  8. Serve hot and crunchy kebabs with green chutney or red chilli sauce.
