Kankar Kebabs

Ingredients to make Kankar Kebabs

  • Soaked Split Green Gram- 50 gm
  • Boiled potato-3
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Chopped Green Chilli-2 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander- 3 tbsp
  • Chaat Masala- 1 tsp
  • Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp

How to make Kankar Kebabs

  1. Mash the Potatoes ,add all spices.
  2. Add chopped green chilly,coriander, bread crumbs.
  3. Mix it well
  4. Now make round Patty .
  5. Cover the patty with soaked split green gram.
  6. Fry all the patty on high flame first then medium flame.
  7. Cook it for 5 min both side.
  8. Serve hot and Crunchy kebabs with green chutney or red chilly sauce.
My Tip: Cook on Slow flame gives better crunch.
