Ingredients to make Dry besan

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Onion 3 big chopped
  • Green chilli 4 chopped
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

How to make Dry besan

  1. In a kadai heat oil add cumin seeds then chopped onions, and let it turn brown
  2. Then add all spices and salt and green chilli
  3. Then add gram flour to it and cook for about 10 minutes in medium flame.
