Ingredients to make "Kairi Panhe" (Raw mango cooler)

  • 2 cups pulp Raw mangoes
  • 1 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp black salt or to taste

How to make "Kairi Panhe" (Raw mango cooler)

  1. Wash the raw mangoes well add in cooker vessel put sufficient water and cook for 10 minutes or 3 to 4 whistle
  2. Remove from gas make cool for 10 minutes
  3. Remove over skin and seeds in raw mangoes
  4. Scoop the pulp in another bowl
  5. Now add pulp, jaggery, sugar, salt, and cardamom powder put in mixer jar make nicely grind together
  6. Now take cleaned glass bottle pour and keep in refrigerator
  7. When we want this drink take ready mixture from refrigerator add in water, ice cubes and black salt to taste mix well and serve cool
  8. Garnish with lemon ring , mint leaves and enjoy the summer with Kairi Panhe
My Tip: We can use in chhat masala also, but I used black salt in panhe.
