Ingredients to make Shortcut rasmalai

  • Cow milk.. 1-1/2ltrs
  • Sugar..100gms..
  • Condensed milk..half tin
  • Saffron....almonds sliced fine... Pistachios
  • Rasgulla 8pcs
  • Elaichi 2pc..powdered

How to make Shortcut rasmalai

  1. Soak rasgullas in milk for an hour..remove and keep aside
  2. Heat the milk and reduce it to half...add sugar and boil for next 10 min.. Add condensed milk and bring it to boil
  3. Now cool it. Add rasgullas and sprinkle saffron
  4. Put it in fridge.. Before serving garnish with almonds. Pistas..elaichi pwdr
My Tip: Sprinkle gulab jal before serving
