Ingredients to make Neer Mor

  • buttermilk 1 cup
  • water 1 1/4 cup
  • green chillies 1 (finely chopped)
  • ginger 1" piece grated
  • curry leaves 1 sprig
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • oil 1/2 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 sprig
  • asafoetida a pinch

How to make Neer Mor

  1. Beat the curd with water and add all the other ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Now, in a tempering pan, add all the ingredients given under tempering and pour this mixture to the beaten buttermilk.
  3. Before adding the tadka, if you don't like the bite of chilies you can remove them and then mix in the tadka. Refrigerate it and enjoy chilled!!!
