Mango Mastani

Ingredients to make Mango Mastani

  • Milk- 500 ml
  • Sugar- 4 tbs
  • Large size Alphonso Mango- 2
  • Mango Ice-cream- 6 scoops
  • Chopped Pistachio- 2 tbs
  • Chopped Almonds- 2 tbs
  • Chopped Cashew nuts- 2 tbs
  • Raisins- 2 tbs
  • Tutti Fruity- 2 tbs
  • Ice cubes- 8-10 pieces

How to make Mango Mastani

  1. In a mixer jar, add peeled chopped mango, sugar and ice-cubes. Blend all these to a smooth paste.
  2. Add milk to this paste and blend it again for 5 minutes.
  3. Take 4 serving glasses and fill each up to half with prepared shake.
  4. Fill rest half of each glass with Mango ice-cream.
  5. Add chopped nuts and serve chilled.
My Tip: I prefer to use ripe Alphonso mangoes for this recipe.
