Dabba Gosh

Ingredients to make Dabba Gosh

  • 500 gms boneless mutton
  • One small packet noodles boiled and drained
  • Powdered cashews 3 tbsp
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 Capsicum diced
  • 1 spring onion bunch chopped
  • 2 slices bread soaked in water and squeezed
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbps oil + pouring on top
  • sliced tomato
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Green chillies according to taste
  • jeera
  • chopped garlic

How to make Dabba Gosh

  1. Cut mutton in small pieces and marinate in ginger garlic green chillies and salt for 1/2 an hour
  2. Pressure cook in half a glass of water and the onions.
  3. Take 1 tbsp oil in a vessel, add jeera, chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute. Add chopped capsicum and spring onions and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add cashew powder and saute. Add pressure cooked mutton along with soup and noodles. Add squeezed bread and stir for sometime till well mixed and thick. Add one beaten egg and pepper powder.
  5. Transfer in a baking dish. Decorate with sliced tomato. Keep oil for heating. Beat eggs with pepper, pour on top of tomatoes. Pour hot oil on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees till the egg on top is cooked.
My Tip: Optional, cheese slices on top of meat, then tomatoes sliced.
