ABOUT Pomegranate Coolers RECIPE

Quench your thirst and keep yourself hydrated with these refreshing pomegranate coolers. They are super healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  2. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  3. Honey 4 tbsp
  4. Ginger a small piece
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Mint leaves 8
  7. Lemon slices 4
  8. Water 1 1/2 glasses
  9. Ice cubes 8

Instructions

  1. Blend together the pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, salt, honey, ginger and water well.
  2. Sieve the blended juice to remove the seeds.
  3. Pour them into glasses.
  4. Add the lemon slices and mint leaves.
  5. Add the ice cubes just before serving.
