Ingredients to make Schezwan Egg Fry.

  • Boiled egg- 6
  • gram flour- 1 tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion-1 tbsp
  • tomato sauce-1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves - a few strings

How to make Schezwan Egg Fry.

  1. Heat a kadahi. Add gram flour roast in slow flame till golden brown.
  2. Let it be cool
  3. Add schezwan chutney (I use store bought ) to it.
  4. Cut boiled eggs into halves.
  5. Marinate the eggs with schezwan mix. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  6. Roast on a tawa for 5 to 10 minutes by adding some oil in low medium heat. Serve hot garnished with chopped onion, tomato sauce and coriander leaves.
