Schezwan Egg Fry.

Ingredients to make Schezwan Egg Fry.

  • Boiled egg -6
  • Gram flour-1tbsp
  • Schezwan chutney -2tbsp
  • Salt -1/2tsp
  • oil-2tbsp
  • Chopped onion-1tbsp
  • Tomato sauce-1tbsp
  • Coriander leaves -a few strings

How to make Schezwan Egg Fry.

  1. Heat a kadahi.Add gram flour roast in slow flame till golden brown.
  2. Let it be cool
  3. Add schezwan chutney (I use store bought ) to it.
  4. Cut boiled eggs into halves.
  5. Marinate the eggs with schezwan mix.Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  6. Roast on a tawa for 5 to 10 minutes by adding some oil in low medium heat. Serve hot garnished with chopped onion, tomato sauce and coriander leaves.
