Ingredients to make Brazilian bubble tea in Indian style

  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk/ milk
  • mango juice/ mango pulp
  • Strawberry crush/ strawberry pulp
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 2 cups water
  • sugar/ honey as per taste

How to make Brazilian bubble tea in Indian style

  1. Boil 3 cups of water in pan and cook the tapioca pearls for 20 minutes or till done, strain it and keep aside.
  2. Once tapioca pearls are cooled mix honey/ sugar to avoid sticking and refrigerate
  3. Boil 2 cups of water, add the tea bags and switch of the flame
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes, once cooled keep it in the fridge
  5. If you are using fresh fruits blend the fruits with milk and refrigerate
  6. In a serving glass put some sweetened tapioca pearls , green tea and fruit pulp (fresh fruit juice) , mix well and enjoy your cool bubble tea
