Paneer masala

Ingredients to make Paneer masala

  • Paneer 1 cup
  • Onion 1 cut in small pieces
  • Tomato 1 chopped finely
  • Mint few leaves
  • Coconut cream 1 cup
  • Corinder powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Turmeric poder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Ginder paste 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

How to make Paneer masala

  1. Take a pan add oil garlic paste and cook it
  2. Now add gindingerer paste and golden brown them
  3. Now add onion and cook till it turn golden. After this add tomatoes and salt, red chilly, coriander powder and turmeric.
  4. When masala leave the oil add coconut cream and cook for 5 mints at low flame
  5. Now finally add paneer and cook for more 5 mints.
  6. Cut mint leaves and garnish with it and turn off gas and cover with lid to get all the flavours get mixed.
