Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Plums 1/2 kg
  2. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Salt 2 tsp
  4. Black salt 2 tsp
  5. Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  6. Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  7. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  8. Rose syrup (optional) 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the plums in an open pan filled with water for around 10 minutes until they become little soft. 
  2. Now strain them off water and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Peel off the skin and blend well along with mint leaves.
  3. Sieve the pureed plums to get rid of the chunkiness.
  4. Pour this smooth puree in a pan and boil with 1/2 cup of water, salt, back salt, sugar and roasted cumin powder. Switch off the gas after one boil and add in lemon juice and rose syrup. Your panna concentrate is ready. Store it in fridge and enjoy when needed.
