Ingredients to make Kairi panna with Pudina

  • Raw mango 1/2 kg
  • sugar 500 grams
  • Fresh mint/ pudina leaves
  • rock salt as required
  • salt as per taste
  • water 3-4 glass

How to make Kairi panna with Pudina

  1. Wash and peel mangoes
  2. Pressure cook them, take 4 whistles
  3. As cooker cools down remove them
  4. Deseed it
  5. Make puree out of it
  6. Add water to sugar
  7. Keep for boiling
  8. Make one string syrup
  9. Add puree to this syrup and take one boil
  10. Switch off flame
  11. Cool it completely
  12. Add 1 cup water to mint leaves
  13. Add 2 green chilli to mint leaves
  14. Grind it in mixture grinder
  15. Seive it with strainer
  16. Add this to raw mango syrup
  17. Add salt and rock salt
  18. Making while serving
  19. Add half of syrup in glass
  20. Add chilled water half glass
  21. Add 1-2 ice cubes
  22. Taste it, if you feel salt or rock salt less
  23. Add it

My Tip:

You can add jaljeera or pani puri masala to this
