CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD MOCHA

Ingredients to make CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD MOCHA

  • 2 teaspoons coffee powder
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup as per requirement
  • Mini chocolate balls as per requirement
  • 3 teaspoons cadbury drinking chocolate powder
  • Chocolate essence few drops
  • Few ice cubes

How to make CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD MOCHA

  1. Blend together coffee, sugar, milk, chocolate powder and essence.
  2. Add more sugar or coffee according to your taste.
  3. Take a tall glass and line it with chocolate syrup and keep it in the freezer for it to set.
  4. Remove the glass from the freezer after 1 min
  5. Put the blended coffee shake in the glass and put ice and a scoop of ice-cream above it.
  6. Top it up with chocolate syrup and mini choco balls.
  7. Serve chilled

My Tip:

I add a bit of condensed milk too. You can add amul powder or condensed milk before blending to enhance the taste.
