Most of the people love pani puri, dahi puri, several puri etc... I used different varieties of lentils instead of potato... So it's healthy and tasty... This is my new innovation

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dahi 1 cup
  2. Kidney beans 2 tsp
  3. Channa dal 2 tsp
  4. Masoor dal 2 tsp
  5. Peas 2 tsp
  6. Chole chana 2 tsp
  7. Salt 2 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  10. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  11. Onion 1 small
  12. Tomato 1
  13. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  14. Puris 15
  15. Green chutney 1/2 bowl
  16. Sweet tamarind chutney 1/2 bowl

Instructions

  1. First wash and soak all the types of lentils.... for one hour
  2. And then keep it in pressure cooker. Cook them for five whistles
  3. After take that lentils mix in another bowl. Then add salt, chilli powder, Amchur powder, jeera powder, chopped onion and tomato
  4. Now take the puris one by one and fill them with multi dal mix.
  5. And on that drop green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney
  6. And on that pour smooth curd.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and bhujia
  8. Have multi dal dahi puri in the evening time and enjoy healthy snack
