Ingredients to make Green gram and brown chickpeas stuffed dahi poori

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1/4 cup whole green gram soaked over night
  • 1/4 cup brown chickpeas soaked over night
  • 1/4 cup peanuts soaked over night
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green chatni 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaf 1 tbsp
  • Boil and roughly mess potato 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 tsp + for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Green gram and brown chickpeas stuffed dahi poori

  1. First we will make poori. Take whole wheat flour in a plate and mix semolina
  2. Now we make tight dough of flour mixture with water .. and cover it and keep a side for 15 mins
  3. After 15 mins we make balls from it and roll the ball from rolling pin and make like chapati
  4. Now we cut the chapati from the small round cutter
  5. Now take a wok put the oil in it and heat it ..
  6. Now fry small pooris in hot oil on low flam till. Golden brown and crispy and after that remove from oil. Your pani puri is ready
  7. Now we will make stuffing, take a wok , put 1 tsp oil in it and now put soaked green gram , brown and peanuts in it , mix salt and saute it for 5-7mins on medium flame, now off the flame
  8. Now take green gram mixture, mash potato and mix it
  9. Now put all poori in a plate and fill them from green gram and potato ..
  10. Now we spread curd , tomato sauce , onion , coriander leafs black salt one by one on filled poories Now our dahi poories are ready to eat ..enjoy ..
