Ingredients to make Green gram and brown chickpeas stuffed dahi poori

  • 1cup whole wheat flour
  • 1tbsp semolina
  • 1/4 cup hole green gram soaked over night
  • 1/4 cup Brown chickpeas soaked over night
  • 1/4cup peanuts soaked over night
  • Curd 2tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green chatni 1tbsp
  • Black salt 1/2tsp
  • Red Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • chopped coriander leaf 1tbsp
  • Boil n roughly mess potato 1cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2cup
  • Oil 1tsp +for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Green gram and brown chickpeas stuffed dahi poori

  1. First we will make poori Take whole wheat flour in a plate n mix semolina
  2. Now we make tight dough of flour mixture with water .. and cover it and keep a side for 15 mins
  3. After 15 mins we make balls from it and roll the ball from rolling pin and make like chapati
  4. Now we cut the chapati from the small round cutter
  5. Now take a wok put the oil in it and heat it ..
  6. Now fry small pooris in hot oil on low flam till Golden brown and crispy .n after that remove from oil .ur pani puri is ready
  7. Now we will make stuffing Take a wok , put 1tsp oil in it and now put soaked green gram , brown and peanuts in it n mix salt n saute it for 5-7mins on medium flame, now off the flame
  8. Now take green gram mixture n mess potato n mix it
  9. Now put all poori in a plate n fill them from green gram n potato ..
  10. Now we spread curd , tomato sauce , onion , coriander leafs black salt one by one on filled poories Now our dahi poories are ready to eat ..enjoy ..
