Tossed Noodles with Sprouts and Vegetables.

Ingredients to make Tossed Noodles with Sprouts and Vegetables.

  • Sprouted Moong ( green gram) 1 cup
  • carrot, chopped 1 cup
  • cabbage, chopped 1 cup
  • onion, chopped 2
  • Spaghetti, boiled 2 cups
  • garlic, crushed 2 Tsp
  • ginger, grated 1 tsp
  • chilli crushed 1 tsp (adjust)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Dried herbs of your choice.( I have added thyme and Oregano)
  • tomato ketchup 1 Tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 Tsp

How to make Tossed Noodles with Sprouts and Vegetables.

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Add onions, saute till raw smell goes away.
  2. Add Sprouts and saute on medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger.
  3. After 5 to 7 minutes add cabbage, saute a little and then add carrots.
  4. Add salt, pepper and chilli crushed. Mix everything well.
  5. Now add tomato ketchup, boiled noodles. Toss it well.
  6. If serving for kids you can serve it from here.
  7. Now add soya sauce and dried herbs.
  8. Serve with Chilli sauce.( optional)
  9. You can serve for kids with chopped red grapes.

My Tip:

You can use any sprout which is available.
