Mango Oats Smoothie

Ingredients to make Mango Oats Smoothie

  • Milk 1/2 ltr(can use curd as well)
  • Alphonso mangoes 2
  • Oats 2 tbsp (dry roasted)
  • Almonds 8 to 10

How to make Mango Oats Smoothie

  1. In the blender add chopped pieces of an alphonso mango, milk, oats and almonds.
  2. Grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Finely cut the other alphonso mango.
  4. Mix chopped pieces with the smoothie.
