Ingredients to make Dill Leaves with Dal

  • Masoor dal(red lentil) 250 gram
  • Dill leaves a big bunch
  • Onion 1 big
  • Greenchilli and garlic paste 1/2 table spoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Oil 2 table spoon

How to make Dill Leaves with Dal

  1. Wash masoor dal,soak in water for 10 mins
  2. Wash dill leaves cut and keep a side.
  3. Cut onion and keep a side
  4. Make a paste of green chilly, garlic & cloves.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion & saute until translucent.
  6. Add green chilly paste saute for 10 secs.
  7. Add chopper dill leaves fry for 5 mins.
  8. Add soaked masoor dal cover it and cook on low flame.
  9. Sprinkle little water mix well add crushed garlic mix and switch off the flame.
My Tip: Don't over cook the dal
