Ingredients to make Soyabean(Nutrella) ki Sabzi

  • Soyabean - 1 cup chura & 1/2 cup chunks soaked with salt
  • 2 Finely Chopped onions
  • potato 1
  • lasun flakes 6
  • adrak ka tukda
  • hari mirchi 2
  • pureed tomatoes 3
  • whole garam masala :
  • 2 black pepper corns
  • 2 laung
  • tez patta
  • dalchini tukda
  • salt to taste
  • Lalmirch powder 1 tbsp
  • dhania powder 1 tbsp
  • haldi 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • oil 4 tsp

How to make Soyabean(Nutrella) ki Sabzi

  1. In a heavy bottom cooker put four tsp oil. Add whole garam masala. Now put chopped onions. keep sauteing onions till colour changes to golden brown.
  2. Now add soaked and drained Soyabean chura and chunks. Keep sautéing on high flame. Keep on adding little water and roast it.
  3. Add masala like lalmirch powder, dhania powder & salt. Now add potato pieces.
  4. Add water for gravy. Gravy shouldn't be very watery. Pressure cook for three whistles.
  5. Transfer this to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
