    Chicken Curry

    Ingredients to make Chicken Curry

    • chicken leg pcs 4
    • chicken pieces breast etc of whole chicken
    • Onions grated 2 big sized tomatoes pureed 2
    • garlic flakes 4-5 Adrak mirchi paste
    • Salt to taste Lalmirch powder dhania powder 1 tbsp
    • chicken masala powder 1 tbsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp
    • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
    • For Marination of chicken: curds 1 bowl
    • Salt Lalmirchpowder haldi dhania powder chicken masala powde
    • All masalas 1 tbsp each Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
    • lemon juice of 1 lemon

    How to make Chicken Curry

    1. First prepare marination for Chicken. In a big bowl put beaten curd. Add namak lalmirch haldi dhania powder lasun mirchi adrak paste. Add lime juice. Now put cleaned chicken legs & pcs into marination. Kp aside for at least 3 hrs.
    2. For making curry: In a cooker put oil. Add whole garam masala like kali mirchi, loung, dalchini & tejpatta. Add grated onions. kp on sautéing onions till it changes colour to brown.
    3. Add 4 basic masalas& chicken masala powder. now add pureed tomatoes. Mix well. When oil starts to separate add marinated chicken legs and pieces. Give a nice mix. Kp bhunofying it.
    4. Now add water to make curry. Pressure cook for two whistles. Serve hot. Garnish wid fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle garam masala powder.  U can have chicken curry with rice ans roti. If u want to eat this with roti kp gravy thick.
