Ingredients to make Rainbow Thick Shake

  • Blackberry- 200 gm
  • Guava- 125 gm
  • Green grapes- 200 gm
  • Mango- 2
  • Orange- 3
  • Watermelon- 1/2 kg
  • Sugar- 5 tbsp
  • Whipped cream- 5 tbsp
  • Edible blue color- few drops

How to make Rainbow Thick Shake

  1. Wash all the fruits properly. Peel and deseed them. Cut it in small pieces.
  2. Take blackberries. Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp whipped cream. Grind them. Pour it out into a serving glass. Put it in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  3. Now grind guava sugar and whipped cream. Add few drops of edible blue colour. Transfer it over into in a serving glass in where blackberries shake has set.
  4. Do the same thing with other fruits- grind them with sugar and whipped cream and pour it in the already set glass.
  5. Let it be chill in the freezer for 5 to 6 minutes. Rainbow thick shakes are ready to serve. Enjoy it.

You can use any choice of your fruits.
