Ice Apple is a tropical delight which is blended with healthy hibiscus extract

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ice Apple - 3 Nos (deskinned and mashed)
  2. Hibiscus petals - 2 handsfull
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Lemon Juice - from 1 lemon
  5. Water - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and when it starts boiling, add the washed hibiscus petals and switch off the stove.
  2. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the Hibiscus to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, take out the petals. Add sugar and cook to a syrup consistency.
  4. Switch off and add lemon juice. Cool and store in an air tight container.
  5. For serving, add 3/4th chilled water in a glass.Add two tsp of the hibiscus syrup and mashed Ice Apples.
  6. Stir well and serve chilled.
