ABOUT Ice Apple Sarsaparilla Sherbet RECIPE

A blend of naturally cooling ice apples with sarsaparilla syrup and Sabja seeds

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ice Apple - 3 Nos (deskinned and mashed)
  2. Sarsaparilla Essence - 2 Tbsps
  3. Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  4. Basil seeds - 1 Tablespoon (soaked for 30 minutes)
  5. Chilled water - 2 Cups

Instructions

  1. Pulse two de skinned ice apples in a mixer .
  2. Chop one Ice Apple and keep aside.
  3. To the pulsed Ice apple, add Sarsaparilla essence, lemon juice, soaked sabja seeds and chilled water.
  4. Stir well and serve in glasses topped with the chopped ice apple pieces.
