Ingredients to make Ice Apple Sarsaparilla Sherbet

  • Ice apple - 3 Nos (deskinned and mashed)
  • Sarsaparilla Essence - 2 Tbsps
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • basil seeds - 1 Tablespoon (soaked for 30 minutes)
  • Chilled water - 2 Cups

How to make Ice Apple Sarsaparilla Sherbet

  1. Pulse two de skinned ice apples in a mixer .
  2. Chop one Ice Apple and keep aside.
  3. To the pulsed Ice apple, add Sarsaparilla essence, lemon juice, soaked sabja seeds and chilled water.
  4. Stir well and serve in glasses topped with the chopped ice apple pieces.

My Tip:

Blend the ice apples along with the juice inside which has a lot of benefits and it adds a great flavour to the sherbet.
