ABOUT Mixed Fruits Panna RECIPE

Yummy Panna with the taste of sweet and savoury.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 to 7 plums / Aalubukhara
  2. 2 to 3 peaches /aadu
  3. 1 to 2 raw mangoes /ambi
  4. 1 table spoon grated ginger
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 3 glasses of water
  7. 3 to 4 basil leaves, chopped
  8. Juice of 1 lemon
  9. Few mint leaves, chopped
  10. 2 table spoon Honey
  11. Salt 1/2 Tsp per glass
  12. Black salt 1/2 tsp per glass
  13. Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp per glass
  15. Ice cubes for serving.

Instructions

  1. Wash, deseed and chop the fruits.
  2. Pressure cook it for a 3-4 whistle with ginger, sugar and water.
  3. Cool and churn the mixture with basil leaves.
  4. Sieve the mixture.
  5. Add salt, roasted powders and dried leaves with honey in each glass.
  6. Add ice cubes.
  7. Pour the Panna and lemon juice into the glass and stir well.
  8. Serve cool.Khatta Meetha Panna is ready.
