Mixed Fruits Panna

Ingredients to make Mixed Fruits Panna

  • 6 to 7 plums / Aalubukhara
  • 2 to 3 peaches /aadu
  • 1 to 2 raw mangoes /ambi
  • 1 table spoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 3 to 4 basil leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Few mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 table spoon Honey
  • Salt 1/2 Tsp per glass
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp per glass
  • Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp per glass
  • Ice cubes for serving.

How to make Mixed Fruits Panna

  1. Wash, deseed and chop the fruits.
  2. Pressure cook it for a 3-4 whistle with ginger, sugar and water.
  3. Cool and churn the mixture with basil leaves.
  4. Sieve the mixture.
  5. Add salt, roasted powders and dried leaves with honey in each glass.
  6. Add ice cubes.
  7. Pour the Panna and lemon juice into the glass and stir well.
  8. Serve cool.Khatta Meetha Panna is ready.
My Tip: Boil the fruits with sugar in water so that we can preserve the juice for a week.
