Ingredients to make Blueberry Chia Smoothie

  • Blueberry frozen-1/4cup
  • Blueberry ice cream-3scoops
  • Milkmaid-1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds-3tsp (washed& soaked)
  • Ice crush 3/4 cup

How to make Blueberry Chia Smoothie

  1. In a juicer add in crushed ice, milkmaid, frozen berries, ice cream and blend well.
  2. To the serving add crushed ice and soaked chia seeds.
  3. Pour the blended mix.
  4. Top with a scoop of ice cream, blue berries.
