Of all the lassi flavours I have tasted Strawberry Lassi is my favourite.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Strawberry 2-3
  2. Sugar 3 teaspoon
  3. Fresh full cream curd 200 gm
  4. Ice cubes few
  5. Roohafza 1 teaspoon
  6. Strawberry for decoration half

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the strawberries.
  2. Take a mixie jar add curd, sugar and strawberries.
  3. Blend it to make lassi.
  4. Transfer it into a glass and pour roohafza on it.
  5. Decorate with strawberry and serve chilled.
