Lauki Chane Dal Sabzi

Ingredients to make Lauki Chane Dal Sabzi

  • Bottle gourd 1/2
  • Chane dal 1/4cup ,soaked for 5-6hours
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 3 tsp
  • Onion paste of 3 onion
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • oil

How to make Lauki Chane Dal Sabzi

  1. In a cooker add oil then cumin seeds.
  2. When it crackles add onion and ginger garlic paste
  3. Cook it until brown, add all spices and salt.
  4. Add cubed bottle gourd, soaked chana dal and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  5. Sabzi ready.
My Tip: Enjoy with roti/parantha/rice
