Frozen mango pulp can be used.. Though summer season with fresh mangoes is best

Biscitti aam pudding

Ingredients to make Biscitti aam pudding

  • 500ml milk
  • 400gms.alphonso mango pcs
  • 200gms cream
  • 100gms sugar and 50gms pwrdrd sugar
  • marie biscuit ..20pcs
  • Cold milk.. 60ml or 4tbsp
  • cornflour ..2tbsp
  • gelatine .1tbsp melted in 3tbsp water
  • vanilla essence

How to make Biscitti aam pudding

  1. Keep 1tbsp milk separate to be added to cornflour to make a paste... Heat the rest of milk with 1/2 cup sugar.. Add cornflour paste to it and cook till milk thickens
  2. Add vanilla essence.. Gelatin .. Bring it to boil and keep aside to cool
  3. In a big glass square dish put Marie biscuits at base.. Mix the mango pcs with milk mixture and keep few mango pcs aside...
  4. After the layerof biscuits put mango milk mix...chill till set.. Whisk cream with pwdr sugar...put over the frozen pudding and chill well again... Now garnish with mango pcs and serve

My Tip:

Some mango crush can be used for garnishing.... It's optional
