Ingredients to make Cheesy corn mushroom

  • Corns shelled 2 cups
  • Cheese 100 gms
  • Mushrooms 50 gms
  • Noodles/seviya 50 gms
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cornflour 2 tbsp
  • Some Celery
  • Spring onions 3 chopped
  • Capsicum chopped 2
  • Bell peppers small 2
  • Salt to taste

How to make Cheesy corn mushroom

  1. Pressure Cook corn. Cool and crush half of them and make a coarse paste.
  2. Boil the noodles and sieve and cool them. Keep aside.
  3. In kadhai, put ghee, chopped onions, saute them. Add chopped mushrooms & celery.
  4. Add cornflour to milk and make a paste.
  5. Pour this paste in kadhai over onions & mushrooms.
  6. Keep stirring, add corn paste, continue stirring.
  7. Now add noodles and left over corns. Once cooked remove from fire. Add cheese grated and garnish with fine chopped bell peppers.
