Chocolate Almond Fudge

Ingredients to make Chocolate Almond Fudge

  • A chocolate compound, preferably milk or dark. 250 gm
  • Condensed milk 150 gm
  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 drop

How to make Chocolate Almond Fudge

  1. Roast the almonds for 1 minute on a tawa or microwave till aroma comes.
  2. Chop them and keep aside.
  3. Melt the chocolate compound in a microwave or in a vessel completely. It generally takes 1 minute in the microwave.
  4. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to chocolate and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add chopped almonds to chocolate mixture mix well.
  6. Set in a souffle bowl or shallow pan lined with aluminium foil.
  7. Garnish with finely cut almonds.
  8. Set in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Once set, remove and cut square pieces with a knife.
My Tip: If your fudge does not set and is too liquid, add finely crushed oreo or hide and seek biscuits to it to thicken.
