Ingredients to make Bel Ka sharbet

  • 1 bel flesh
  • 2 tbsp grounded sugar
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp pudina powder( optional)
  • Water

How to make Bel Ka sharbet

  1. First, soak Bel flesh in 250 ml water for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour mash it and seive it. You will get pulp.
  3. Now add water, salt, sugar, jeera powder, lemon juice and pudina powder.
  4. Mix well and serve chilled.
My Tip: Sugar is optional. Salty one taste good.Adjust sugar and salt.
