Ingredients to make Ginger Lemonade

  • ginger juice 2 Tbsp
  • lemon 1
  • sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Cold water 1 cup
  • salt a pinch

How to make Ginger Lemonade

  1. Clean and peel ginger.Chop & put in a mixer. Blend with water and strain it.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice.
  3. In a bowl add ginger juice, lemon juice, sugar, water & a pinch of salt. mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
  5. To a glass pour the juice and put ice cubes.
  6. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Adjust sugar.
