Ingredients to make Sweet Lassi

  • 2 cup curd ( Yoghurt )
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 drops rose essence ( optional )

How to make Sweet Lassi

  1. In a bowl add curd, sugar, crushed ice cubes, chilled milk and rose essence.
  2. Stir for a minute and transfer it into a blender and beat till it is frothy.
  3. Pour this lassi in a glass and thick cream if you want, adding full-fat milk will yield a rich and creamy lassi.
  4. Served it chilled with some dry fruits, and cherries.
My Tip: You can also topped the lassi with rich cream or vanilla icecream.
