Ingredients to make Chana Kabab

  • Kala chana 200 gms
  • Paneer 100 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam masala 1\2 teaspoon
  • Two green chilies
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour2 tsp
  • Potato 1

How to make Chana Kabab

  1. Soak kala chana for five hrs
  2. Cook and grind them to form a paste.
