Mango Chuntey

Ingredients to make Mango Chuntey

  • Raw mango 5
  • Chili powder 4 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 2 tbsp
  • Methi powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 ml
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chili 2
  • Hing

How to make Mango Chuntey

  1. Peel and grate mango.
  2. Pour oil and mango keep on a low flame till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. Add chili powder, mustard powder, methi powder, salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Take another pan pour remaining oil add mustard seeds allow it splutter add curry leaves, red chili, and hing. Pour it in cooked mango and mix well. Ready to eat with roti or hot rice
My Tip: You can add more chili powder as per your taste. Store in air tight container in fridge.
