Ingredients to make Islander's Delight

  • I ripe mango
  • 8 dried apricots
  • 2kiwis
  • 1\2 cup sugar
  • Club soda
  • Jaljeera
  • Black salt

How to make Islander's Delight

  1. Boil the apricots in a micro oven for 10 mins. cool it
  2. Make a puree of the mango pulp and apricot using half a cup of water and sugar. (Adjust sugar as per sweetness of mango)
  3. Pour it half a cup and chill.
  4. Next, make a puree of kiwi Add 1cup of club soda to it.
  5. Once the mango apricot mix is set, add this kiwi puree on top.
  6. Add jal jeera and black salt. Garnish with fresh kiwi.
