Mango Dosa

Ingredients to make Mango Dosa

  • Regular dosa batter 1 cup
  • 1 mango pulp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cardamom powder a pinch
  • Chocolate sauce for garnishing
  • Cherry and dry fruits for garnishing
  • Butter to roast

How to make Mango Dosa

  1. Mix dosa batter, mango pulp, cardamom powder and sugar in a bowl and beat with a beater.
  2. Heat a nonstick griddle, make thick dosa with batter.
  3. Roast with butter till golden colour.
  4. Serve with chocolate sauce, dry fruits and cherry on the top.
My Tip: Do not try to make big and thin dosa, else it will break.
