Bloody Mary

Ingredients to make Bloody Mary

  • 4cups tomato juice
  • 2cups pepper vodka
  • 1\2 cup celery chopped
  • 1\2 cup mint leaves chopped
  • 1\2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tsp Tobasco sauce
  • 4 tsp Worcester shire sauce
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 4cups of crushed ice

How to make Bloody Mary

  1. Add plenty of ice and all ingredients to a shaker or stirring glass.
  2. Add Tobasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. If you are using a shaker, tilt it back and forwards a few times to mix the ingredients without making frothy. If you're stirring, you can do so vigorously.
  4. Pour the mix into a glass or jar. Top up with fresh crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a celery stick or mint leaves and serve.
My Tip: If making for a group, make a jug without spice and let people add their own sauce level.
