Ingredients to make Bonda Sharbat

  • Tender coconut 1
  • Sabja/Takmaria seeds 2 tsp soaked in water
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Sugar /Jaggery 3 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Mint leaves few

How to make Bonda Sharbat

  1. Extract the tender coconut water in a glass.
  2. Extract Malai too.
  3. In a glass add soaked sabja/takmaria seeds first.
  4. Add tender coconut water and chopped malai pieces in it.
  5. Add sugar/jaggery according to your taste and a pinch of salt.
  6. Refrigerate it.
  7. When serving add few mint leaves into the glass.
