Cool Trifala

Ingredients to make Cool Trifala

  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 Kiwi
  • 3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (strain out any seeds and pulp)

How to make Cool Trifala

  1. Put orange juice in the freezer until frozen solid.
  2. Break up the frozen juice and put it in a food processor or strong blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spread the juice into a metal loaf pan, cover with foil, and put back in the freezer to firm up to a scoop-able consistency.
  4. Mean while peel and cut kiwi and mango into cubes and then freeze them.(Once frozen, you can store them in freezer bags)
  5. Pour the kiwi cubes and suger syrup into the food processor and churn. Continue churning until the juice is the consistency of a thick smoothie.
  6. Now pour and arrange 1 scoop of the kiwi sorbet then 2 scoop of orange sorbet then frozen mango and kiwi cubes in a mocktail glass.
  7. Serve immediately. Drink slowly sip by sip and enjoy it.
My Tip: If juice hardens you can leave it out at room temperature, or in the refrigerator, or you can scrape the hard juice with a fork like a granita.
