Ingredients to make Dahi Lauki

  • 1 cup of lauki
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp each of red chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder
  • salt as per the taste
  • 1 cup of dahi

How to make Dahi Lauki

  1. In a cooker add oil, let's the jeera crackle now add Lauki and add salt, turmeric powder, red chillies powder, coriander powder.
  2. Close the lid of the cooker and close the flame after 1 whistle.
  3. Once the cooker is cool down open the lid and now add 1 cup of dahi and allow to cook for 5minutes.
  4. Dahi lauki is ready.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
