Ingredients to make Jaljeera Mint Cooler (Virgin Mojito)

  • Washed mint leaves -3/4 Cup
  • Coriander leaves -1cup
  • A small piece of ginger
  • Lemon juice -4Tablespoons
  • Dry mango powder -1 tsp
  • Roasted cuminseeds powder. -1-1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2tsp
  • Black pepper corns -1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt -1tsp according to taste
  • Water 3-4Tablspoons

How to make Jaljeera Mint Cooler (Virgin Mojito)

  1. In a grinder grind roasted cumin seeds, fennel seeds, peppercorns.
  2. Add rock salt, dry mango powder to this spice mix.
  3. In a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, spice mix, ginger, lemon juice,3tbps water and blend till gets smooth paste.
  4. Divide this paste in the serving small glasses add chilled water, icecubes
  5. Check the salt you may add more
  6. Your mint cooler -jaljeera is ready to serve and drink
  7. Let's beat the heat.

My Tip:

You can make ice cubes also from mint coriander paste and store for 3-4 days
