Mango falooda is a royal treat made with mango pulp, basil seeds, sweetened milk, and vanilla ice cream can be served as a dessert or beverage.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 mangoes
  2. 3-4 table spoon basil seeds (sabja seeds)
  3. 1/2 cup vermicelli
  4. sugar as per taste
  5. 1cup milk
  6. Some chopped almonds
  7. Vanilla icecream

Instructions

  1. Peel one mango and cut pieces.
  2. Cut one mango make pieces put into a jar add sugar and 2table spoon milk and blend your mango puree is ready
  3. Soak basil seeds in water for 2hours
  4. Take a pan add vermicelli and milk cook till it becomes soft, add sugar as per taste and remove from the stove and freeze it
  5. Now take a big glass first pour vermicelli than pour mango puree than basil seeds mango pieces and last scoop of vanilla ice cream garnish with chopped almonds.
